1. Scope
This agreement describes usage and purchase rules between you and LynMusic’s developer, 麦文浩, residing in mainland China. Contact: [email protected].
It covers the iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV versions, subject to features actually available on each platform. Software obtained through the App Store is licensed under the Apple Standard EULA; this agreement does not replace that license. The Privacy Policy describes personal data processing. Accepting this agreement does not consent to all optional processing.
2. Use and content rights
LynMusic provides tools for music management, playback, lyrics and artwork display, not copyright licenses for music content. You must have permission to access, import, download, modify or share the music, lyrics, artwork, fonts and other materials you use. Premium does not include third-party content licenses, server accounts or service fees.
Use trusted sources and follow their terms. Do not access systems without authorization, bypass access controls or distribute unlawful or infringing content. Open-source components retain their respective license rights and obligations. Third parties operate their own services; outages or interface changes may affect features.
Protect your accounts and back up important content. Tag edits, deletion and remote synchronization may change files or server data. Caches are not a substitute for backups.
3. Premium and product coverage
Basic local features require no developer account. LynMusic offers free features and Premium advanced features, which may differ by platform and version. The specific benefits, supported platforms and price are as described on the in-app membership page and in the App Store purchase confirmation at the time of your purchase.

All four products are non-consumable and do not support Family Sharing. The same Apple purchasing account may restore valid access on covered platforms and devices under Apple’s rules. The two platform lifetime products do not combine automatically. An all-platform upgrade is a separate full-price purchase with potentially overlapping benefits and no credit or conversion of amounts previously paid.
Lifetime is a one-time payment with no fixed entitlement expiry or subscription renewal. It does not include every future new service or promise perpetual compatibility with every system. Purchased benefits remain protected by purchase-time descriptions and statutory consumer rights.
4. Free trial and expiry
The trial is free, lasts 168 hours and never automatically charges you. Each Apple purchasing account may claim it only once across platforms. Reinstallation, restoration, changing devices, refunds or revocation do not create another claim opportunity. Claims require eligibility and product checks. You decide whether to buy lifetime access after expiry.
If the trial expires or verification confirms revocation, and no other product continues to cover the current platform:
- iOS premium themes revert to Classic. New lyrics-image sharing or saving and artwork-style changes are unavailable; your existing artwork style remains.
- An already enabled advanced player may continue until the next app launch. Without valid access then, it uses automatic mode. Closing and reopening a window is not an app restart. After you switch back to automatic mode, advanced mode cannot be enabled again without access.
- An advanced player not already enabled cannot be newly enabled. An already displayed system share sheet or submitted photo-library write is not withdrawn.
Regaining access allows the features again, without automatically switching players or repeating earlier actions. The app uses valid local entitlements first and updates them through Apple. With no valid cache and verification still pending, free features may temporarily apply.
An in-app reminder may appear once each at 48 and 24 hours remaining. There are no background system notifications; returning shows only the applicable stage, with no reminders after expiry. Reminders depend on app state; refer to the displayed expiry time.
5. Purchases, restoration and refunds
The App Store purchase confirmation shows the applicable price, currency and amount payable, which may vary by country or region. Apple handles payment and purchase authentication. Cancelled, pending-approval or unverified transactions do not immediately grant access.
Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple purchasing account to reverify access. Refunds may be requested through Apple’s refund process, subject to Apple’s handling and applicable law. This agreement does not exclude statutory refund or other remedy rights. Refunds or revocation may invalidate the relevant entitlement.
6. Changes, responsibility and disputes
We may add or adjust features through product updates. We will provide appropriate advance notice of material changes affecting purchased benefits and protect users’ rights under applicable law. This clause does not give us a right to arbitrarily cancel core benefits already purchased. Whether future new features are included in existing products will be described when those features are offered, without affecting commitments made at the time of purchase.
We provide appropriate notice of material agreement changes and obtain consent where legally required. Changes affecting purchased benefits must respect purchase-time commitments, Apple’s rules and applicable law.
Networks, third-party services, devices or system limitations may cause interruptions, incompatibility, matching errors or data loss. We remain legally responsible for our own conduct. We do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or other liability that cannot legally be excluded, or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
LynMusic is for a general audience, not specifically designed for children. Minors should use it with guardian guidance and obtain authorization for purchases as required by law and Apple’s rules.
